What is Summer ADP?


Functional Training/Ball Mastery + Sport Performance and Small Sided Games


Functional Training / Ball Mastery
This progressive program builds strong technical skills and the ability to apply them in game situations. Players stay constantly engaged with the ball while working through realistic scenarios that develop both technique and decision-making, with challenges increasing as they improve.

 

Sports Performance

This section of the program prepares athletes for the physical demands of the game by developing speed, agility, strength, and power through a science-based approach. Using a 3-pillar system, players build balance, endurance, and force production while training through soccer-specific drills and movement work to improve overall performance on the field.


Small Sided Games
Small sided games create fast-paced environments that accelerate decision-making and technical development. With fewer players and a smaller field, athletes get more touches, more involvement, and more opportunities to solve real game situations on both sides of the ball.


Summer 2026 ADP PROGRAM


The Summer 2026 Athlete Development Program (ADP) will be a 6-week training program that begins on June 9th. 


All training will take place at Montague Field at 1151 E 23rd St, Chattanooga, TN 37408.

Training - Tuesday & Thursday

Small Sided Games - Saturday

Week 1: June 9, 11

Week 2: June 16, 18

Week 3: June 23, 25

Block 2:

Week 4: July 7, 9

Week 5: July 14, 16

Week 6: July 21, 23


Training Hours:

U8-U11

6-7 PM Ball Mastery

U12-U16+

6-7 PM Sport Performance

7-8 PM Ball Mastery


Small Sided Games

Block 1:

June 11, 20, 27

Block 2:

July 11, 18, 25


Game Hours:

U8-U11

9:00-10:00 AM

U12-U16+

10:00-11:00 AM
