CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May 13, 2025) — Chattanooga FC announced today its full player pathway for both its Boys' and Men's program and Girls' and Women's program for the 25-26 season. The club is committed and dedicated to providing a multitude of opportunities and appropriate levels of play for all young athletes in Chattanooga, North Georgia and the greater region. The pathways serve youth beginning at the U8 level all the way through college and professional levels. “One of the most transformative developments in our Academy is the strengthening and expansion of our player pathways,” said Chattanooga FC Sporting Director Sebastian Giraldo. “Our goal is to create a more inclusive and dynamic system—one that opens doors for a wider range of youth players, from grassroots participants to elite-level athletes. We’re building a club that meets players and families where they are. Giraldo added, “Flexibility is key—players can move between pathways as their development and ambitions evolve. The strength of our pathways will only continue to grow from here.” Chattanooga FC Athlete Pathways

Bradley Poulin named Chattanooga FC Youth Technical Lead

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May 7, 2026) — Chattanooga Football Club (CFC) announced today that it has appointed Bradley Poulin as the Chattanooga FC Youth Technical Lead. Poulin will be in charge of all aspects of coach and player development for the club's youth programming and will report to Chattanooga FC Sporting Director Sebastian Giraldo.

Poulin brings over 18 years of coaching experience to the role and has served numerous CFC Youth coaching and leadership roles since 2021. Poulin served as the Director of Coaching for Okinawa Diplomats Football Club from 2016 to 2019 before moving back to the United States and serving as the Southeast Regional Director for New England Football Club from 2019 to 2021. Poulin moved to Chattanooga and served as a CFC Youth coach from 2021 to 2024 before taking up a leadership role as CFC Junior Program Director from 2024 to 2026.

Before his career in the youth soccer coaching space, Poulin was enlisted in the United States Marines Corps (USMC) in 1997 and retired in 2019. During his time with the USMC, Poulin achieved the enlisted rank of E-9, Gunnery Sergeant in 2007 and the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW03) in 2013. He was commissioned as a Captain in 2014 and served as Company Commander from 2018 to 2019. He served in both Iraq and Kuwait during his USMC career.

“This appointment reflects our continued investment in building a clear and connected pathway across every level of the club,” said Chattanooga FC Sporting Director Sebastian Giraldo. “Bradley has been a tremendous leader within the youth space and a strong champion for creating systems that support long-term player and person development. You are seeing the execution of our long-term vision across many areas of Chattanooga FC, including our new headquarters and the establishment of a dedicated leader for CFC Youth. Bradley’s passion for development and alignment with our club values make him an excellent fit to help shape the future of Chattanooga FC.”

"In 2021 my family moved to Chattanooga for our love of outdoor adventures, friendly people and a small community feel, however we quickly also fell in love with CFC," said Poulin. "CFCY is built on player-centered programs that develop not just better soccer players, but confident and resilient young people who carry the CFC values into everyday life.

"Our goal is to create an environment where every player, regardless of skill level, has a meaningful pathway to improve. A place where every athlete feels safe, valued, and appropriately challenged at each stage of their developmental journey. That means aligning coaching, curriculum, and competition so they all serve the individual's long-term growth.

"CFCY is a community club committed to fostering a connection between the athletes, coaches, families and the community as a whole. We strive to be a community where everyone can be a part of something bigger than themselves. We moved for Chattanooga; we stayed for CFC!"
